Replace smart Quotes

When copying text from Microsoft Office, smart quotes, dashes and "funky punctuation" can break web pages and online tools. This form turns smart quotes into ordinary quotes and replaces dashes with hyphens. I created this tool specifically to do pre-flight formatting of press releases, but it can also handle HTML code. Paste your stuff into the text box and submit. The form will return the same text or code with the "funky" characters replaced by the corresponding ASCII "standard" characters. Check the output for sanity. Results are not guaranteed.
